The Apartments at Plymouth Walk offers brand-new one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Plymouth, MI, designed with open layouts and modern finishes. As we prepare for Summer 2026 move-ins, availability is limited, so we encourage you to connect with our leasing team or visit the Floor Plans page for the most current updates.
You can schedule a hard hat tour during construction by submitting a request through our website or contacting the leasing office directly. Full in-person tours will be available closer to our opening, and our team is happy to help you reserve your preferred time.
Once you’ve selected your preferred apartment, you can apply online by choosing your home and clicking the “Apply Now” button. You’ll complete the application, submit the required fee and holding deposit, and provide supporting documentation. Applications are reviewed based on income, credit, rental history, and background screening.
Applications are typically processed within 1–3 business days after all required documentation has been received.
The Apartments at Plymouth Walk offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on availability and timing of move-in. Please contact our leasing team for the most up-to-date options.
Pricing & Fees
Monthly rent will vary based on floor plan, building location, and availability. As a new construction community, pricing will be released alongside availability updates. Please visit our website or contact the leasing team for current details.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents will be responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, renters insurance, and optional services such as internet and cable.
Security deposits vary based on screening results and typically range from $550 to one month’s rent. Please contact our leasing office for specific details.
A $75 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant. A $200 holding fee is also collected and applied toward your security deposit once approved. If an application is denied, the holding fee will be refunded.
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Please contact our leasing team for additional details.
Pet Policies
Yes! The Apartments at Plymouth Walk is a pet-friendly community designed to welcome both you and your pets.
Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment home. A $150 non-refundable pet fee, $250 refundable deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet apply.
Breed restrictions and a 75 lb weight limit apply. Please contact the leasing office for the most current pet policy details.
Yes. The community includes a dedicated dog park and a pet washing station, along with walkable outdoor spaces designed for everyday convenience.
Apartment Features
Each apartment features stainless-steel LG appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with quartz countertops, a kitchen island, and an in-home LG washer and dryer.
All apartments include a full-size, front-loading LG washer and dryer for added convenience.
Yes, every home includes central air conditioning and heating, along with a smart thermostat for easy climate control.
Apartments are offered unfurnished. Our team can connect you with third-party furnishing providers if needed.
As a brand-new community, all residences feature elevated finishes including quartz countertops, two-tone cabinetry, matte black fixtures, wood-style flooring, and modern lighting throughout.
Yes. Every apartment home includes a private balcony or patio, extending your living space outdoors and enhancing natural light throughout the home.

The Apartments at Plymouth Walk offers a full suite of amenities including a resort-style pool, outdoor lounge spaces, outdoor dining with grilling stations, a 24-hour fitness center, co-working areas, and social gathering spaces. Additional conveniences include EV charging stations, a package room, and controlled-access entry.
Yes. Residents will enjoy a 24-hour fitness center equipped with modern workout equipment, along with an outdoor resort-style swimming pool featuring a sundeck and lounge seating.

Policies & Procedures
Residents can conveniently pay rent through the online resident portal using ACH or major credit cards. For those who prefer offline options, personal checks and cashier’s checks are also accepted.
Residents can submit maintenance requests through the online portal. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.

Subletting is not permitted.
